  • Return + Exchange Policy
    You may only exchange your item if you received the wrong size* or the item you received is faulty (must be properly wrapped & returned to us within 7 days of receiving your package). ​ Any damages incurred by the customer (stains, scratches, dents, etc.) will not be considered. ​ As a safety precaution, we no longer accept exchanges after a clothing item has been tried on.​ ​ *Not applicable to mystery boxes.
  • Refund Policy
    Refunds are only honored when you receive a defective item from us, that is still sealed within its original packaging. ​ If you pre-ordered an item from us and no longer wish to wait past the estimated time of delivery, you may switch your pre-ordered item to a different item that is on hand, or avail store credit for a future item; no refunds will be issued. ​ *If your parcel has been severely delayed or lost by the courier, strictly no refunds will be issued from us. We are not liable for any losses incurred by the courier; if you wish to have a refund, kindly contact the courier directly to file a complaint. ​ Only store credit will be issued from us for the inconvenience. ​ *Please check our "Shipping Info" page here for full information regarding shipping.
  • Pre-Order Policy
    *If an item is open for pre-order, orders are accepted on a per batch basis only. ​ *Lead time is min. 1-3 weeks; please do not pre-order if you are not willing to wait! ​ Production + delivery times from our suppliers vary, so please be patient! ​ *Because of the lead time, 50% downpayment is required; we will notify you via DM once the item is on hand & the rest of the payment can be made. ​ *Shipped separately from any additional on hand items.
  • Shipping Policy

  • What are your modes of payment?

  • How long is your reservation period?
    We have a 1-day reservation period only — all reservations not paid within 24 hours are automatically cancelled.
  • When are you restocking?
    We don't usually have set dates for restocks — we will post as soon as an item is back on hand and available for purchase again!
  • Can I reserve for the next batch?
    Unless we state an item is open for pre-order, we don't allow prior reservations just to be fair to everyone!
  • How much is the shipping fee?
    Our shipping fee is a flat rate of PHP 120.
  • What are your shipping methods?
    → Express delivery via Grab/Lalamove* → Regular shipping via JRS Express *All express deliveries are to be booked & shouldered by the buyer.
  • When are your shipping days?
    Orders are shipped out on Wednesdays & Fridays only.
  • When will I receive my order?
    → Metro Manila: 2-4 business days* → Provincial: 4-7 business days* ​ *Not including weekends & holidays *Please anticipate that there may be delays in delivery due to seasonal changes & unforeseen circumstances
  • How do I track my order?
    We will provide you with your tracking information once your parcel's been processed at the JRS Express hub. Once you have your tracking information, you may track your order at: www.jrs-express.com.
  • I still haven't received my order.
    Any delays once shipped from us is entirely out of our control, so please follow up with the courier and be patient while waiting for the good sh*t coming your way!
  • What are the measurements for your tees?
    Chest: Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your chest with a measuring tape. Make sure it sits level across your back & is comfortably loose. Ask for help if you need it! ​ Waist: Measure around your natural waist, keeping the tape comfortably loose. Length: From the middle of the shoulder to the bottom of the hem. *These are approximate sizes based on standard unisex sizing.
